The new sony zv-E10 mk2 is amazing I am so pleased with the camera. Worth every penny. Great camera from sony go and get one you will love the experience.

Right off the bat, highly disappointed because the batteries show up dead and you cannot charge them any other way except though the camera. Oh it also DOES NOT come with it’s own charger.

I purchased the Sony ZV-E10 II just two weeks ago. While the image quality and features are impressive for content creation, I am very concerned about the build quality of the USB-C port. From day one, the port felt 'wobbly.' Even with the original Sony cable, there is a significant physical play (loose connection). Initially, I thought it was a software glitch because my Mac wouldn't recognize the camera, but it turned out to be a combination of a software conflict (with the smartphone connection) and this unstable physical port. Even when it's working, the connection is fragile. If I slightly touch the cable, the Mac loses the connection. For a camera designed for vloggers and streamers who rely on this port for charging and data transfer, this is a serious reliability risk. Pros: Excellent autofocus and compact design. Cons: Flimsy USB-C port construction; inconsistent connection with Mac out of the box. Advice to others: Check your USB port immediately after purchase. If it feels loose, consider an exchange before your return window closes.

I charged the cam out of the box. Visuals are great! Not sure if the camera was warm by me just charging it but I have to see how the heat will do. Overall satisfied

I can see why this camera is so popular the design of the internal menus makes it very easy when it comes to using and I like the fact of the availability of high-quality lenses for it. This is a perfect camera to add to my existing equipment.

recently purchased the Sony ZV-E10 II, excited to use it for content creation. Unfortunately, within days of ownership, the camera’s lens contacts failed. The pins collapsed without any misuse on my part. When I contacted Sony support, I was shocked to be told there were “no options” under warranty and that I would have to pay nearly $500 out of pocket for a repair on a camera I had just purchased. This is extremely disappointing for a company of Sony’s reputation. What makes this worse is that the product clearly failed on its own. Instead of standing behind their warranty and supporting a new customer, Sony shifted all responsibility to me. I expected better customer care and accountability. I now feel hesitant about investing in Sony products in the future, and I want others to be aware that even brand-new purchases may not be supported if something goes wrong.

I really love how small this camera is, I can easily carry it around with me when traveling but it still captures an amazing image. You’re getting their best APSC sensor in this thing, it really is powerful. My only down sides are lack of IBIS and a viewfinder would’ve been cool.

I’ve had this camera for maybe less than a week. When I first got it I thought it was SO nice. the locks for the battery and SD card is amazing. the overall quality of the camera is also seriously amazing. I’m a college student majoring in mass comm, i had to pay with my own money so i wouldn’t be lying after dropping over a band on this product. It is a bit pricey but that’s because I got the newest model. I have no regrets. I think this camera will serve me well. the quality of video is also excellent. The camera lens kit is a good start. I’m excited to try other lenses with it. the big variety of things to choose in settings as well is really cool. I recommend watching a youtube video if you are unfamiliar with cameras or this type of camera in general. The only complaint or at least shock I had is that it didn’t come with a charger cord, considering i spent over 1,000$ on this camera (warranty included) as well as 249$ on the accessory stuff. the least they could’ve done was give a simple charger cord. that’s just my opinion.
