Please try the steps below and test again:
1. Press SW + or BASS + on the remote control of your soundbar to increase the subwoofer volume.
2. Unplug the subwoofer from the mains for 1 minute, then plug it back in.
3. Locate the subwoofer and the soundbar as close as possible.
4. If there is a device nearby that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN or a microwave oven in use, locate the subwoofer and the soundbar apart from it.
5. If there is an obstacle between the subwoofer and the soundbar, move or remove it.

Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear what happened with your subwoofer. Press and hold the POWER button, and unplug it from the wall outlet at the same time then release the POWER button. Plug your device back into a wall outlet and try again. Make sure that your speaker has enough ventilation.

If it still won't turn on, try a different wall outlet. If the issue still occurs, repair may be required.

We regret to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your SW3 subwoofer and that it is not powering on as expected. This is definitely not the buying experience that we want our customer to have and I can definitely see how this would be frustrating for you. We'd like to review your file to know more details as to what have been discussed when you called. There are few things that you can check moreover.

Check the power indicator on the subwoofer. If the power indicator on the subwoofer does not light, make sure the AC power cord (mains lead) of the subwoofer is connected properly. Press the power button of the subwoofer to turn on the power.

If the issue is still unresolved, the best course of action is to connect with our Product Support directly, so they can diagnose the issue and find the best method to help you. Please note we have a customer hotline that is happy to assist you and help troubleshoot any concerns you have and your wireless subwoofer has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We'd like to point out that if the input sources contain very little bass sound components (i.e., a TV broadcast), the sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear. You can check the subwoofer sound by emitting the test
