Unable to disconnect the Reader from the computer using the Safely Remove Hardware feature on the computer.
While the Reader is connected to the computer and the Reader (eBook) Library software is open, if you attempt to use the Safely Remove Hardware feature in the Windows® operating system, an error indicating that there is a problem ejecting the device is displayed. To resolve this issue, close the Reader (eBook) Library software. After closing the software, the Safely Remove Hardware feature will function as expected.
