This issue may occur if the quality of the recording on the disc is low due to an issue or setting with the Blu-ray Disc recorder.
Follow the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.
- Ensure that the disc being used is free of dust or scratches.
- Ensure that the recording was made as a single session and not a multi-session.
- Ensure that the recording session was closed.

If the issue continues on the disc after following the steps provided in the solution, a new recording should be made.
