Follow the steps below if the power indicator is lit on the front panel of the TV but no picture is displayed:
- Make sure that the latest system software (firmware) update has been downloaded and installed on the TV.
- If the TV is connected to an active high-speed Internet connection, the update can be downloaded from the menu of the TV.
- If the TV is not connected to an active high-speed Internet connection, download the update using a computer. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
- Follow the solution to resolve the issue in which the TV will not turn on or does not have any power.
