If the network update does not succeed, try the following:
- For Blu-ray Disc® players with the Quick Start Mode capability, change the Quick Start Mode setting to Off. Then perform the firmware update again.
- If a disc is inserted in the Blu-ray Disc player, remove the disc and unplug the player. Then perform the firmware update again.
