Graphics appears to lag when playing video games
This can happen if you are trying to play games while operating the computer with the battery only. When using the battery, the low-performance graphics card will engage. To get smoother graphics performance, plug the computer in using the AC adapter. This will cause the computer to automatically switch to high-performance mode when playing graphics-intensive programs.
