Can the tablet be set up as a DLNA server?
As shipped, the tablet can act as a DLNA client only. It cannot be set up to act as a DLNA server.
This means that media content can be streamed from a DLNA server to the tablet , or sent (thrown) from the tablet to a DLNA server , but media content cannot be pushed to or pulled from the tablet by another DLNA device.
NOTE: Although it cannot be supported by Sony, there may be applications available from the Google Play store that will allow you to set up as a DLNA server.
