After performing a reset on the tablet, movies rented from PlayStation Video will not play.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue.
- On the desktop, tap the Home icon.
- In the upper-right corner of the desktop home screen, tap the Apps & Widgets icon.
- In the Apps & Widgets screen, tap the Settings icon.
- In the Settings screen, tap to select Applications.
- In the Settings screen, tap All, and then scroll to and tap PlayStation™ Video (formerly known as Video Unlimited).
- In the Playstation Video screen, tap the Uninstall updates button.
- On the desktop, tap the Home icon.
- In the upper-right corner of the desktop home screen, tap the Apps & Widgets icon.
- In the Apps & Widgets screen, tap the PlayStation Video icon.
- In the PlayStation Video screen, when prompted, tap to install the update again.
