The Sweep Panorama feature may stop working for the following reasons:
- The camera is zoomed in too close to the subject.
- The camera is being moved too quickly.
- The camera detects a shake or vibration.
If the camera is zoomed in too close to a subject it is necessary to move the camera more slowly than when shooting in wide angle. In such cases even a slight shake or vibration can cause a shooting failure. It is recommended to shoot panoramic pictures using the wide-angle position for best results.
To help make sure you are moving the camera at a proper speed, watch the guide bar at the bottom of the image and try to keep pace with the guide bar as you are moving.
