PlayMemories Camera Apps (General Questions)
Below is a list of general questions and answers about using a camera with the PlayMemories Camera Apps.
IMPORTANT: PlayMemories Camera Apps are only supported for installing on select Sony® camera models. Visit the www.sony.net/pmca website for information about supported cameras.
- Can I delete multiple images, protect, set printer, or rotate while one of the apps is active? These camera features are disabled and cannot be used while an app is active. Exit the app first.
- Panoramic images do not scroll on playback while an app is active. Panoramic pictures cannot be scrolled in the playback mode while an app is active. Exit the app first.
- I cannot find images taken by other camera or copied from a computer. If an image is not registered in the image database file, it cannot be displayed. Exit the app and recover the image database by selecting Recover Image DB in the Settings menu of the camera.
- Can the view mode be switched to see recorded movies? The view mode is fixed to the folder for viewing still images only while an app is active. To view recorded movies, exit the app.
