There should be a Snapfish® icon in the Print menu. If the Snapfish print service option does not appear, make sure you have the most recent version of PlayMemories Home™ software installed. Download and install any available updates. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
Another possible cause for this problem would be the incorrect settings for the computers country or region.
Follow the steps below to check and fix the settings for the country and region.
- Go to the Control Panel.
- Select Region and Language.
- Select Format, make sure English (United States) is selected.
NOTE: The Snapfish print service is not available in all countries or regions.
