The LCD does not turn on and the Power Indicator light is on and green or yellow.
Follow this procedure to troubleshoot issues that may prevent the LCD from turning on.
- Verify that the computer is turned on and is not in power saving mode.
- On the front of the display, press the POWER [FIG. 1] button until the Power Indicator [FIG. 1] light is on and green.
- Press the INPUT button to match the video input into which the video cable is plugged on the back of the LCD.
- If using a notebook computer, verify that the correct video output is set.
NOTE: On VAIO® notebooks, press Fn+F7 until the picture appears on the external display.
