The Sony® wireless keyboard and mouse do not function properly after restarting or resuming the desktop computer from standby.

To resolve the issue of the wireless keyboard and mouse not functioning properly, unplug and replug the RF USB adapter.

NOTE: If the issue persists, it is possible that the batteries in either the mouse or the keyboard are exhausted. Replace the batteries in both the mouse and the keyboard to eliminate that as a potential cause for this issue and to prevent possible problems in the future.
