Cannot log in to Web pages using the fingerprint sensor.
Follow this procedure to troubleshoot the UPEK® Protector Suite™ software when a fingerprint scan will not log in to a registered Web page:
IMPORTANT: If information is needed in order to complete these steps, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Ensure the issue is not occurring with all sensor functions and is specific to the Password Bank feature.
- If the issue is only occurring with a single website, delete the registration and recreate it.
