Follow this procedure to troubleshoot the UPEK® Protector Suite™ software when a fingerprint scan will not log in to a registered Web page:

- Ensure the issue is not occurring with all sensor functions and is specific to the Password Bank feature.
- If the issue is only occurring with a single website, delete the registration and recreate it.
