Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
- Make sure the DVD has been finalized by the camcorder.
IMPORTANT: For specific information about how to finalize the DVD, consult the instruction manual of the camcorder. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Ensure you are inserting the DVD into a built-in or external DVD-ROM drive on the computer.
NOTE: The disc will only play back on a DVD-ROM drive. CD-ROM drives cannot playback the disc.
- Ensure the computer has DVD playback software installed.
