When a set-top box is connected using HDMI, a message is displayed that says it does not support High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) through repeater.
If a message is displayed that says the set-top box does not support High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) through repeater when using HDMI, then the set-top box may require a software update. Contact your set-top box provider to resolve this issue.
