The picture is blurry or the convergence needs to be adjusted.
The convergence feature is used to align the picture tubes inside the television so the image is projected on the screen evenly without ghosting or what can be described as a shadow of the image.
IMPORTANT: Some Sony® televisions have the ability to automatically adjust the convergence using a FOCUS or FLASH FOCUS feature, while others have manual convergence settings. Consult the instruction manual of the television for specific information. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
If adjusting the convergence does not resolve the issue, service may be required. Go to Product Repair.
