Please refer to this information if you are having an issue with content downloaded using the Napster™ Client software and would like to contact Napster Customer Support or if you would like to view the Napster Message Boards, the Napster User Guide, or the Napster frequently asked questions section (FAQs).
Once you download the Napster Client and create your Napster account, you will see a Help menu in the upper-left hand corner. From the Help menu, you can access FAQs, User Guide, and the Customer Support department. You can also find the Napster Message Boards under the Community menu and at the bottom of the boards, there is a Troubleshooting section for common issues.
NOTE: If for any reason you are unable to start the Napster Client or you are unable to log into your account to get to the Help menu, go to Napster support website. This area is referred to as Quick Help. The Quick Help area is an area which you can get to the Napster Customer Support department through email forms. Quick Help is not intended to be as extensive as the help section you can access through the Napster Client.
