The Personal Content Station does not respond to any operations from the PCS Manager app.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.

  1. Disconnect the AC adapter and power cord from the Personal Content Station and wall outlet.
  2. Allow the Personal Content Station to remain without power for 10 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the AC adapter and power cord.
  4. Turn on the Personal Content Station and try using the PCS Manager app.
  5. If the issue is not resolved, reset the Personal Content Station.

    WARNING: There is a risk of data loss. When resetting the Personal Content Station the network settings, password and device name are also reset. After performing the reset these settings will need to be reconfigured.

    1. Make sure the Personal Content Station is turned on.
    2. On the side of the Personal Content Station, use a pointed object to press and hold the RESET switch for five seconds.
    3. Release the RESET switch.
  6. Reconfigure the network settings for the Personal Content Station.
  7. Try using the PCS Manager app to operate the Personal Content Station.
