    The error Feature is not available or Service cannot be accessed at this time, may appear when accessing YouTube or another internet video app.

    Possible Causes

    • You just turned on the TV.

      Wait until the TV fully turns on and it's configuration is fully loaded. This is similar to a computer that needs to boot up.

    • You immediately selected the app after pressing the HOME button on the remote.

      It may take a few minutes for all the apps to load. Make sure to wait for all of the apps to fully load before selecting an app.

    • The TV is no longer connected to an active internet connection.

      Verify your internet connection is working. Check the Settings menu of the TV to confirm.

      Note: Check the TV manual for details on how to check the Network Settings menu.

    Additional Steps

    If the error still appears, follow these steps:

    1. Reset your internet connection.

      Disconnect power to your modem/router for at least one minute, then reconnect and wait until the internet connection is fully established.

    2. Perform Refresh Internet Content to update the internet services lineup of your device. The steps may vary depending on your device.

    3. Test the app.

      If the issue occurs, continue to the next step.

    4. Perform a power reset of the TV.

    5. Reset the TV to factory settings.
