The Self Diagnostics (SDS) tool is a set of diagnostic features that are built into the Customer Support menu of the TV to help customers diagnose and resolve basic setup and configuration issues. Follow the steps below to access the Self Diagnostics tool.
- Press the Home button.
- Select ?/Help located in the upper right corner of the TV screen.
- Select Customer Support.
- The following diagnostic functions are in the Customer Support menu to help resolve issues with your TV.
The list of SDS common usage scenarios can be used to identify which SDS function will be most helpful in resolving a specific issue.
