How do I play a demo for X-Reality Pro and other features?

    Follow the steps below to play demos supported by your TV.

    Note: Only demos of features supported by your TV are selectable.

    1. Turn Demo Mode to On.
      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Select  Settings.
      3. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
        • Select Device Preferences → Retail mode settings → Demo Mode → On.
        • Select Retail mode settings → Demo Mode → On.
    2. Select the desired demo to play according to the OS version of your TV.
      • For Android™ 9 Pie or Android 8.0 OS:
        1. Press the HOME button.
        2. Select  Apps.
        3. Select Demo App.
        4. Select Start playback.
          • You can also select Select Build-in demo pattern and then select the desired demo menu to play.
      • For Android 7.0 or lower.
        1. Press the INPUT button and switch to TV or Channel input.
        2. Press the ACTION MENU button.
        3. Select Loop Demo or ePOP+Feature Demo.
          • The Loop demo starts.
        4. Press the ACTION MENU button again.
        5. Select the desired demo to play.

    After you play the demo, make sure to disable Demo mode and Picture Reset Mode.

    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Select  Settings.
    3. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
      • Select Device Preferences → Retail mode settings.
      • Select Retail mode settings.
    4. Select Demo mode and set it to Off.
    5. Select Picture reset mode and set it to Off.

    Note: When Demo Mode is turned on, Picture Reset Mode turns on automatically. If Picture Reset Mode is on, the image quality settings for storefront displays are maintained, so we recommend turning it off.
