The Previous Button on the Supplied Remote Control Doesn't Work

When you play a song from a DLNA server, the previous button on the supplied remote control will not allow you go back to the previous song..

    Can't Go Back to Previous Song

    The speaker supports the rendering function and works only as a recipient of the content from a source. Pressing the Previous button on the supplied remote control of the speaker won't let you go back to the previous song.

    Note:

    • The buttons on the supplied remote control other than the Previous button may work, but we don't guarantee full functionality.
    • If you want to operate the remote control, use the Media Center (SongPal) app or some other DLNA controller app installed on your mobile device.
