When a wireless device or an access point is nearby or when multiple devices have Bluetooth® connections, signal interference may cause the audio to cut in and out. To avoid signal interference, check the following:
- Make sure to turn off nearby wireless devices.
- In cases where it not possible to turn off other wireless devices while listening to a High Resolution audio music through LDAC™ connection, change the sound quality setting of the connected device.
