Error: There is no network connection right now when opening the YouTube app.

When the YouTube® content and menu are not displayed or the app is not starting, follow the steps below to restart YouTube:

  1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select YouTube in the Apps category.
  3. Select RETRY to start the YouTube app.


  • If the steps do not resolve the issue, make sure that the TV is properly connected to the Internet and try again.
  • If the TV is connected to Internet and it is still not working, check the network settings .
