The Volume Goes Down When I Press the EXTRA BASS Button on My Portable Speaker
If you press the EXTRA BASS button on your SRS-HG1 speaker while the Equalizer setting in Sony | Music Center (SongPal™) app is set to OUTDOOR, the volume will be reduced. The OUTDOOR setting sets the speaker bass and volume to its maximum values. Therefore, you can't use the EXTRA BASS button to increase the volume while in this setting
You can use the EXTRA BASS button to increase the volume when Equalizer is set to any of the following settings:
- FLAT
- EXTRA BASS
- BGM
- CUSTOM
