Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Make sure that the battery for the headphone amplifier is fully charged.
- Power off your device and then power it back on.
- Check the settings and connection between your device and the Walkman® player or mobile device.
- Make sure that your headphones are connected to the headphone port and not to the AUDIO IN/LINE OUT ports.
- Check if you can hear sound from the headphones when you playback the connected device.
