The USB driver cannot be installed on the computer

If you are using a computer with a Microsoft® Windows® operating system, the USB driver may not be installed automatically due to security software on your computer, etc.
You will need to manually download and install the latest version of the USB driver application from the support site. Visit the Sony support website for additional details and then search for the Sony Amplifier Driver (speaker system) or Sony Headphone Amplifier Driver (headphone amplifier).
