The Display Information Doesn't Show for Some 4K Formats

    The display information from the PlayStation® 4 Pro doesn't show after you press the DISPLAY button on the device's remote control.

    Though the HDMI IN/OUT jacks of your device support 4K format, information such as volume, sound field, or audio format doesn't display for some 4K formats. As a workaround, press the DISPLAY button of your device's remote control. Then, check the front panel display of the device to see the display information.

    Note:

    • Operate the PlayStation 4 Pro to check its audio format. Refer to the gaming console's manual for specific instructions on how to operate it.
