Check the following to view Netflix® 4K content:
- Make sure that your TV supports 4K/60p signal. For model-specific information, check your manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- If you have a 2015 4K TV or newer
- Set the HDMI Signal Format of your TV to Enhanced Format.
- If you are using the UBP-X800 Blu-ray Disc™ player, update the firmware to the latest version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
