4K Netflix videos are displayed in 2K when using Bluetooth headphones or audio device

    If 4K Netflix® videos are displayed in 2K when using Bluetooth® headphones or audio devices, follow the instructions acccording to your television model.

    • For A9F_AF9, Z9F_ZF9, Z9G_ZG9, A9G_AG9, XG95_X95G, XG85_X85G_U8G (55, 65, 75, 85) series: To resolve this issue, please update the system software to the most recent version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
      For more information, refer to the How to perform a software update article.
      Note: If updating the system software is not possible for some reason, follow the Temporary solution below.
    • For other models: This issue will be resolved by a future system software update. Please perform the system software update once it is available. For more information, refer to the How to perform a software update article.
      Note: Until the software update becomes available, follow the Temporary solution below.

    Temporary solution

    • To watch Netflix videos in 4K, disconnect the Bluetooth audio device or use a wired connection. If a Bluetooth (A2DP) device is connected, 4K Netflix videos will not be displayed in 4K before performing the system software update referenced above.
