Rubbing or scratching noises are heard when you use the wireless headphones on a phone call
The microphone on the back of the WI-C310 headphones left controller may rub against your clothing causing noises heard by the person on the other end of the call. Clothing may also block the microphone and cause low volume.
To prevent rubbing or scratching noises, and help prevent poor volume during phone calls, position the left controller upwards and away from your clothes.
