Why do I need to send both earbuds and the charging case to service?

    You need to send the left and right earbuds and the charging case of the WF-1000XM3 headphones so that the repair center can properly set the Near Field Communication (NFC) pairing information.

    Note: The warranty doesn't cover the cost of replacing missing components. The replacement of earbuds or the charging case will be charged.
