During a call using the headphones, I can't hear the voice of the caller or they can't hear my voice

When the caller can't hear my voice during a call
When using the headphones for a call, if you don't speak into the microphone or if the microphone goes behind your shoulders while walking, your voice may be difficult to hear or may not be heard at all by the other party. Make sure to speak directly into the microphone while in use.

Increase the headphone call volume during the call.
- The call volume and music playback volume can be adjusted independently.
- Changing the call volume doesn't change the music playback volume and vice versa.
