Netflix is stuck at loading and doesn't start

    If the Netflix® app is stuck and doesn't start, follow the steps below to restart the app.

    Note: Using the remote control to turn your TV off and on may not solve this issue.

    1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select Netflix  from the list of Apps, and then press and hold the ENTER button.
    3. Select InfoForce stopOK.
    4. Select Open from the same list, and then press the ENTER button.
