Netflix is stuck at loading and doesn't start
If the Netflix® app is stuck and doesn't start, follow the steps below to restart the app.
Note: Using the remote control to turn your TV off and on may not solve this issue.
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Netflix from the list of Apps, and then press and hold the ENTER button.
- Select Info → Force stop → OK.
- Select Open from the same list, and then press the ENTER button.
