Unable to install apps from Google Play Store
If you have problems with your apps, follow these troubleshooting steps.
- An app I want to install is not displayed in the Google Play Store
You can't install apps that need camera or phone call functions, such as Android™ Auto. These apps are not displayed on the Google Play™ Store. - An app can't be installed from the Google Play Store
Make sure there is enough available storage capacity to install the app. Check the available storage capacity.
Note: Operation for any apps installed from Google Play Store is not guaranteed.
