There is no sound or is very low from the subwoofer after reconnecting the power cord to a power strip, or turning the power strip off and back on (HT-S350, HT-SD35)

If this issue occurs, use the power button of the Bar Speaker or the remote control to turn off the Soundbar. Wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn it back on again.
Note: This issue can also be resolved by turning the Subwoofer off and then on again.
