There is no sound, or the sound is too low after plugging in the power cord (mains lead) or turning the power strip off and back on

    If this issue occurs, use the power button of the Bar Speaker or the remote control to turn off the HT-S350 / SD35 Soundbar. Wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn it back on again.

    Note:  This issue can also be resolved by turning the Subwoofer off and then on again.
