Troubleshoot Truly Wireless headphones Bluetooth pairing issues
This page introduces how to troubleshoot Bluetooth® pairing issues for Truly Wireless earbud headphones.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

Initialize the earbud headphones and then check the power indicator status.
The location and color of the power indicator differ depending on the product.
When you initialize the earbud headphones, it returns to factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted.NOTE for WF-SP900:
All of the data (music files, pre-installed data, etc.) saved to the main memory of the player will be erased. Before initializing, backup any important data.Refer to the following to initialize the earbud headphones.

Initialize the earbud headphones to restore the factory settings. Visit the Help Guide or view the video on how to initialize the headphones.
WF-H800

WF-SP800N

- Initialize the earbud headphones to restore factory settings. See the Initializing the earbud headphones section in the How to reset or initialize the earbud headphones article.
- Blue and red indicators flash alternately / Blue indicator flashes twice at a time
- The earbud headphones are initialized and in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Go to step 2. - The indicator flashes twice and then turns off
- The earbud headphones turned on without being initialized.
Initialize the earbud headphones again. - Does not flash
- The earbud headphones may not be charging correctly.

- There seems to have been an issue connecting with the playback device, such as Bluetooth pairing being disconnected.
- Pairing not successful
- Go to step 3.

Can you perform Bluetooth pairing normally with other devices?
If you have another smartphone, Walkman, or other device, try pairing it to the earbud headphones via the Bluetooth function.- Pairing was successful
- The playback device that was initially connected may be malfunctioning. Consider inspecting the playback device.
- Pairing not successful
- The headphones may be malfunctioning. Repair may be required. Go to Product Repair.
