If the Soundbar audio is out of sync with the image from your source device (Blu-ray Disc™ player, cable box, game consoles, or similar device), follow the instructions that corresponds to your source device connection.
The source device is connected to the Soundbar with an HDMI® cable
If the Soundbar has a SYNC (A/V sync) function, set it to 0 ms.
If model-specific information is required, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
The source device is connected to the TV with an HDMI cable
If your TV has a function that delays the image, adjust the setting. For details, refer to the operating instructions supplied with your TV.
If the issue is not resolved after adjusting the TV settings, connect the source device directly to the Soundbar. For details on the connection method, refer to the Soundbar Startup Guide. Manuals are posted on your model support page.Note: If you want to connect several devices to the Soundbar and the number of the HDMI ports are insufficient, connect the source device that delays the sound to the Soundbar first. If no more HDMI ports are available on the Soundbar, connect your other devices to the HDMI ports on the TV.
