Netflix or other streaming app drops back to the home screen after 10 minutes of streaming

    If Netflix or other streaming apps drop back to the home screen after 10 minutes of streaming, perform a Factory data reset (FDR) on the TV.

    IMPORTANT: Performing a Factory data reset will remove all customer settings in the TV including Google™ account settings, apps, channels, and wireless network settings. You will need to set them back up again.

    If this issue reoccurs, then perform the Factory data reset procedure again.
