My earbuds/LinkBuds or Linkbuds S won't connect to the Headphones Connect app

    Follow these instructions and then connect the earbud headphones to the app again. Check if the issue is resolved after you complete each step.

    1. Make sure the Sony | Headphones Connect app is updated to the latest version.
    2. Power off your smartphone device and then power it back on.
    3. Place the earbuds / LinkBuds in the charging case, close the lid, and wait for a few seconds before removing them.
    4. Reset the headphones.
    5. Inititalize the headphones.
