Follow these instructions and then connect the earbud headphones to the app again. Check if the issue is resolved after you complete each step.
- Make sure the Sony | Headphones Connect app is updated to the latest version.
- Power off your smartphone device and then power it back on.
- Place the earbuds / LinkBuds in the charging case, close the lid, and wait for a few seconds before removing them.
- Reset the headphones.
- Inititalize the headphones.
