Can't adjust the headphone volume (WF-SP900)

Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Tap the sensors on the headphones to increase or decrease the volume.

      • To increase the volume: Tap the sensor on the right unit twice quickly.
      • To decrease the volume: Tap the sensor on the left unit twice quickly.
      • You can increase or decrease volume continuously if you continue to tap the sensor more than twice quickly.

Note: The tap sensors can be locked to prevent unintentional volume operations. To lock or reactivate the volume operations with the tap sensors, hold down the button on the right unit for about two seconds. If you hear the voice guidance Tap function OFF, the tap sensor will be reactivated.
