Sound cuts out immediately after connecting the SRS-NB10 neckband speaker to the TV

    This may occur when you connect the device to some TVs that support the A2DP profile. In this case,do the following:

    • Wait for about one minute for the connection to be established.
    • Turn on the power or Bluetooth® function of other devices previously connected with the speaker, such as a phone or computer.
