This issue usually occurs when the TV isn't connected to the internet. Follow these steps and check if the issue is resolved after each one:
- On the supplied remote control, press the BACK button to dismiss the white screen so video is displayed.
- Connect the TV to the internet.
- If other channels continue to have this issue, then disable the Interactive application setting on the TV:
- Navigate to Settings → Channels & Input → Preferences (Channels) → Interactive application → Turn off the Enable Interactive application setting.
