The sensors on my TV don't work and the remote operations or brightness adjustments can't be performed

There's a remote control light receiving sensor and an ambient light sensor near the bottom center of the TV screen. Placing something in the front of the TV, such as a soundbar, or any other object, can block the sensors and prevent them from working properly. Move all obstacles away from the TV until the sensors operate normally.
