The Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate if the sound volume is loud, the earbuds are not worn properly, or if the person speaks in a low volume. Try the following and check if the issue is resolved after performing each step.
- Speak more slowly
- Speak in a louder voice
- Make sure the earbuds are being worn correctly
- Turn down any music playing
- In the Sony | Headphones Connect app, set the Speak-to-Chat feature to H Sensitivity
