I can’t turn off the power by pressing the power button
The operation to turn off the power has changed for Xperia® 1 IV, Xperia 10 IV, Xperia 5 IV, Xperia 1 V, and Xperia 10 V models.
To turn off your Xperia phone
- Press the volume up button and power button at the same time.
- In the menu that opens, tap Power off.
