Black screen, no picture, or intermittent picture on the INZONE gaming monitor

    If there is a black screen, no picture, or intermittent picture when using your INZONE Gaming Monitor, try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Use only high-speed cabling when connecting your devices
      • USB Type C™ - Use Thunderbolt 4 (40 Gbps) cable.
      • HDMI® - Use Certified Ultra High-Speed (48 Gbps) cable.
    2. If the DisplayPort (DP) setting is version 1.4, change it to 1.2
      • Use the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to navigate to SettingsDP version number1.2.
    3. Make sure the ECO mode is disabled
      • Use the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to navigate to SettingsECO modeOFF.
    4. AC power cycle the monitor
      1. Power off the monitor.
      2. Unplug the AC cord.
      3. Wait one minute and then reconnect the AC cord.
      4. Power on the monitor.
