Important Notice for VAIO® PCG-GRT150 and PCG-GRT170 Notebook Customers
One of the stickers affixed to your PCG-GRT150/GRT170 Series computer identified the wrong type of AC adapter.
If you purchased a secondary AC adapter based on that information, it is possible you have an adapter that was not designed for use with the PCG-GRT150/GRT170 Series computer.
The correct AC adapter model number is PCGA-AC19V7. If you were supplied with a different AC adapter model number, Sony will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Please call
